Double pass to the Supercars Newcastle 500 in the Herald Hairpin Villa on Friday 10th March 2023. With hospitality Package. Also includes General Admission for Saturday & Sunday.

Minor Prizes:
1 x Double pass for General Admission to Newcastle 500 for Saturday 11th & Sunday 12th March 2023. Valued at $250.

How to Enter:
Swipe your members card each day at the Members Reward Kiosk during 4pm-7pm for an entry.
Swipe your card daily for a chance of a random entry ticket

Promo period:
Open to all financial members from 6th January 2023 to Saturday 25th February 2023

Draw:
Drawn at the end of the Sunday Raffle on 26th February at 7:00pm. Winners must be present.
First draw is for the 1x Major Prize then followed by 2x Minor Prizes

Terms & Conditions

  • Open to all financial members from 6th January 2023 to Saturday 25th February 2023
  • Major prize (1) is supplied by Newcastle Herald. General Admission Passes (3) will be supplied by Cardiff RSL Club
  • Winners must be a present on the licensed premise’s for the draw on Sunday 26th February at 7:00pm
  • Staff, Management & Directors of Cardiff RSL Club are ineligible to enter
  • Cardiff RSL is the promoter
  • Members will receive one (1) right of entry ticket when Membership Card is swiped on the Members Reward Kiosk between 4pm & 7pm Daily
  • Members can swipe their card at the Members Kiosk for a chance to receive a bonus ticket. This ticket will be issued at random through the Rewards Kiosk System, or at selected times to be determined by Cardiff RSL.
  • Cardiff RSL Club reserves the right to attach the issue of bonus tickets to selected products during the promotional period.
  • There is no limit to the number of entries per member during the promotion.
  • Major Draw winner will be announced on the P.A System
  • Major Draw will be recorded and results posted on social media & website
  • Each Member drawn has 4 minutes to claim their prize before another member is drawn.
  • The promotion host reserves the right to request the winner provide current membership card, proof of identity (drivers license, photo card or passport are the only acceptable forms of identification) prior to awarding the prize.
  • Decisions of the management, of the promoter are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Newcastle Herald are the promotion ticket supplier and host for the Newcastle 500 V8 Supercars event that is issued to the major winner. Cardiff RSL will take no responsibility for lost or damaged tickets once issued
